Mike Bryant is the worldwide customer strategy & marketing analytics practice leader at Ricoh. He is directly responsible for growing Ricoh’s strategy and marketing analytics offering.
Mr. Bryant is recognized as a thought leader in the area of marketing analytics and customer strategy—a practice using data-driven insights to create highly targeted and relevant marketing approaches to drive improvements in revenue, response and ROI. Currently, he is leveraging his expertise in risk management and marketing analytics to provide customers around the world with insight and knowledge on how to best leverage their data to deliver top-line strategies and results.
Prior to working with Ricoh, Mr. Bryant spent 15 years in the financial services industry executing marketing and business development initiatives for companies such as HSBC, Wachovia/Wells Fargo, Compass/BBVA and others.
Mr. Bryant earned his MBA from Mercer University in Atlanta, Georgia and has a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and Management Information Systems from St. Cloud State University in Minnesota.
